In this semi- fanfic non-canon version ...

Willow Rosenberg; already a Wicca Witch; gains Superpowers similar to Black Mary Marvel when Buffy, Xander, Faith & her goes to a Halloween store "Ye Olde Magicks Masquerade Fabrics Post"
to get some costumes and not realizing that the store held mystical powers to whomever wears their magicks costumes and until they return the costumes back to the store; which has long disappear into the ether;
they would keep their newly acquired magical induced Superpowers, forever.

Willow would get into a verbal spat with Tara, momentarily break up with her and head miserably to Vegas upon Xander's advice to try to forget for awhile and likewise meet Clark, whom is also mooning over Lana Lang and thus both gets quite drunk & gets hitched...

Later on, Willow would have convinced Clark & Tara that they should become a family unit as Husband & Wife between Clark & Willow and Life Pardner for Tara towards each other...

Willow Rosenberg Kent Loves both her husband & her life Pardner dearly tho Clark; Superman he is to the world at large; is still a lovable klutz to his sibling Linda Danvers Kent Luthor (Supergirl) and to the rest of the Luthor Family Clan & even still to both Willow (Black Mary Marvel) & Tara (Powergirl) whenever he goofs-up at home.
