Ms. Mercy Graves Luthor had physically catapulted Harley toward The Hulk in order to free Linda Danvers (Supergirl) Kent Luthor from his clutches.
Unfortunately, the flung Supergirl's momentum from The Hulk's throwing arm had knocked Mercy off her feet

Now, it's Harley's turn to get a nice dosage of return joy for her actions upon his soiled pants fulled of Cherry Pie & White Whip Cream..
